Our story

My love for animals began at a very young age and has guided my life and career for nearly 30 years in the veterinary field. What started as a kennel hand position grew into a fulfilling career as a veterinary technician and assistant, where I gained hands on experience as a head surgical assistant, lead technician and more.

Over the years I have been fortunate to work with family pets, exotics, wildlife, farm animals and zoo species, each experience shaping my compassionate and adaptable approach to animal care. I also hold a certification in Photobiomodulation Therapy, also known as cold laser therapy, a non invasive treatment that supports healing, reduces inflammation and improves comfort for pets.

I am currently working toward my Certified Veterinary Technician certification, a goal I am deeply passionate about as I continue to grow and evolve alongside this ever changing medical field. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new and bring even better care to the animals I serve.

Critter Care Wellness was born out of my deep love for the Tehachapi community and its critters. It is truly an honor to provide trusted, heartfelt care to the pets and peace of mind to the families who love them. Every animal that walks through our doors deserves to be treated with the same care and respect I have dedicated my entire career to.
